The focus should not be just on treating illness but should include prioritizing keeping people healthy over the long  term, with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and personalized care. It’s about empowering  patients to take control of their own health, with seamless systems that support them throughout their  journey—whether that’s managing a chronic condition or improving overall wellness. At its core,  healthcare should be about creating a better experience for patients and building a system that adapts  to the needs of the future, focusing on long-term, sustainable health outcomes for everyone.
