Bangaly Kaba

Bangaly is a Product Management executive who currently works at YouTube, where he manages a global team responsible for Creator Monetization. Previously, Bangaly was an Executive in Residence at Reforge, VP Product at Instacart, and Head of Growth at Instagram, where his teams helped IG scale from 450M to over 1B monthly actives in just 2.5 years.  Bangaly has also led a growth team at Facebook and consulted on strategy and product for notable consumer tech companies like Discord and Twitter. Bangaly is a Member of the Board of multiple companies and is an active angel investor. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and two kids.
